Terms and Conditions
Please be advised that all work is scheduled on a strict timetable. In the event that we are unable to meet the scheduled deadline due to error on our part, we will continue to carry out your project until completed. But, if at any time we run behind schedule due to a lack of materials from you (logo, text, photos, planning sessions, etc.), and your original deadline has been reached, you will be rescheduled in the next available time slot.
Imagetek Design is not responsible for creating content for your website when we are not billing for this service. However, we will help you determine what information is suitable for your site.
All jobs require 50% Deposit before any work will be started, and the remaining 50% upon completion.
Work added after the project has started will be bill at the hourly rate of $80 U.S. dollars. Please make sure you have all your job requirements before your job has started.
(Quotes under $500.00 require 100% deposit, Quotes from 501.00 to $1000.00 require 70% deposit). After Imagetek Design receives remaining payment we will launch your website.
Deposits are non-refundable. All packages do not include domain registration & hosting. For full details, please call us at 510.931.5717. We will be happy to work with your current host, or suggest one for you.
Updates cost $80.00 Hr (US) unless you have a maintenance contract.
Updates over 5 hours require a 50% deposit. Payment is due upon completion of updates. Invoices are due upon Receipt. Late fee's will apply for anything over 2 weeks past due.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Depending upon the kind of service you want, you must allow 7 to 14 business days notice. Anything short of that will be charged a 30% RUSH FEE.
